Congratulations to Muhammad Hussain, who has been selected as the final Jack Petchey Achievement Award winner of the academic year after receiving an impressive 86% of the votes. There were many wonderful comments included within the nominations.

A few highlights from staff include:

‘He has made great efforts to integrate into the group and he has consistently demonstrated resilience, becoming a valued member of our community.’

‘He has massively improved his attendance, remained a consistent and positive part of our community, and approached all subjects with a positive attitude.’

‘He has transitioned positively into his group, built strong relationships with both his peers and the adults around the school, consistently showing kindness to others, and bringing a great sense of humour to the school community.’

‘He is one of the hardest-working, most polite, and kind students. His increased attendance and engagement in lessons has been incredible, and he should feel extremely proud of himself - we certainly are’.

As part of the award, Muhammad has received £300 to spend on a project or resource that will benefit the school.

Congratulations, Muhammad, on this thoroughly well deserved achievement!
