Back to newsNurture Hub - Supporting Confidence, Resilience and Growth
Posted on: 10th Jul 2026
The Nurture Hub continues to provide a range of support for pupils across the school, including nurture provision, targeted SEMH interventions, therapeutic support and mentoring. Throughout the year, pupils have accessed interventions focused on emotional literacy and understanding anger, alongside opportunities for regulation and therapeutic support.
This term, we have also introduced the Bike Project, a practical intervention designed to develop confidence, resilience, problem-solving and teamwork through bicycle maintenance and repair. We have also incorporated elements of leadership and enterprise into the project. This will enable our students to develop a wider skill-set. The project has been well received by pupils, and has become a valuable addition to our wider intervention offer.
We are proud of the progress pupils continue to make and would like to thank families and staff for their ongoing support in helping young people develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to succeed both in school and beyond.
