It's really important that all students can communicate well through reading, writing and speaking.

Our English curriculum is comprehensive, rich and diverse. It's planned to be appropriately challenging with pathways for students of differing abilities, so every student has the opportunity and support to be successful in English.

We meet the needs of learners at all levels – from Entry Level Functional Skills, Functional Skills Level 1 and Level 2 and GCSE. The programmes are carefully tailored to the strengths of each individual student, and focus on their interests to maximise engagement.
